ABC/Atlanta, LLC and Red Top Auto Auction makes no representations, including but not limited to the validity of the information, description, type, mileage and/or condition of the vehicles being auctioned. All representations related to said vehicles are provided for by the Seller.  The Buyer is responsible for verifying said information relating to the vehicles. All cars are to be sold on a “Bill of Sale” only unless otherwise noted. The buyer and Seller agree to indemnify and hold harmless ABC/Atlanta, LLC and Red Top Auto Auction from any claims or disputes of any nature whatsoever relating to representations provided by the Seller and title or registration issues regarding any vehicle. The State of Georgia did not become a “Title” state until 1963, therefore, it is anticipated that all vehicles older than 1963 that have been registered in Georgia will not have a title in any way, form or description. Please be advised that the Title Laws for each state are different and the buyer and Seller are responsible for determining compliance with their respective state laws regarding vehicle title and registration. ABC/Atlanta, LLC and Red Top Auto Auction will gladly assist in securing any paperwork necessary to facilitate the transaction, but we do not have any control over any State’s or Country’s Title and registration laws”.
